Incident in parking lot leaves 1 accused of attempted homicide

A recent incident in Wisconsin in which a woman was accused of intentionally hitting a man and child with her car in a parking lot has left her facing numerous charges. No further information was provided as to how authorities came to suspect the presence of impairment.
