Men on supervised release in Wisconsin accused of sex crimes

A teenage girl of minor age has accused four men of sexually assaulting her inside a home in Wisconsin. The men in question stand accused of these sex crimes while they were under supervised release from prison. Apparently, three of them had been living together at a transitional facility for recent sex offenders.

The 17-year-old girl reportedly told police that she had been in a vehicle with the men before entering the home. She claims that someone inside the car gave her the drug ecstasy and that they drove around the neighborhood for a while before going to the Department of Corrections supervised home. The teenager says that once she was inside the home, the four men sexually abused her in one of the bedrooms.

The girl is apparently a resident from a group home in the area. The four men named as suspects are ages 18, 22, 25, and 32. One of the men was not a resident of the supervised house, but was registered in a bail-monitoring program. They were each arrested and charged with second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated person.

Local Wisconsin officials say that all residents in the neighborhood are notified whenever a new resident moves into the transitional home. There is also a standing rule that no residents of the home are permitted to receive visitors. Being accused of violating the conditions of a supervised release program, or otherwise being charged with sex crimes, is a serious matter that no doubt warrants consultation with an experienced criminal defense attorney.
